荷爾蒙替代療法 (HRT)


  • 荷爾蒙替代療法 (HRT),亦稱更年期荷爾蒙治療 (MHT),是一種透過替換體內的荷爾蒙(雌激素、黃體素和睪固酮)來幫助您管理更年期症狀的治療方式。1,2 HRT 是國際指引推薦的首選治療方法。3_5

  • HRT 並非「一刀切」的療法——市面上有多種類型的 HRT,且給藥方式各異,例如口服藥片、貼片、凝膠、噴霧或荷爾蒙子宮內避孕器。找到最適合您的治療可能需要一段時間,但請記住,醫生會協助您找到最佳方案。經皮膚吸收給藥方式相較於口服,其相關風險較低。口服 HRT(而非經皮膚吸收 HRT)與靜脈血栓栓塞風險增加有關。根據國際更年期指引,經皮給藥的雌激素不會增加血栓或中風的風險。3_5 通常您需要服用 HRT 2 至 5 年,但在某些情況下可能更長或更短。1
